Global Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Engineer to join our team in Palu. As an Assistant Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project engineers in the successful execution of various real estate projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while contributing to the development of high-quality projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist project engineers in the planning, design, and execution of real estate projects.,Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.,Monitor project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.,Assist in the development of project proposals and tenders.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry.,Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
