As a Building Facility Supervisor at JAC Consulting Indonesia, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our client's facilities, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will work with a team of professionals to manage building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Your role will also involve coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify and address potential issues.
• Train and supervise facility maintenance staff.
• Manage utility systems, including water, electricity, and gas, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive facility maintenance records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., BIFM, RICS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as FM:pro, SAP PM, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
