📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement medical strategies to support product launches and market expansion.
• Oversee clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage medical education programs to enhance physician knowledge and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficacy.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure all medical affairs activities comply with local and international regulations.
• Lead and mentor the Medical Affairs team to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using medical software and regulatory tools such as Medidata Rave, Clinical Data Management Systems, and regulatory databases.
• Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Bali and Indonesia is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently for meetings and site visits.
