Accounting Staff (Full-Time) - YMCA of Makati

We are expanding our operations to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) and seek a dedicated professional to join our team. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting our mission to serve the community.

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including but not limited to, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with our finance team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collection.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to the finance team and other departments as needed.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a non-profit or similar organization.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with non-profit accounting practices and standards.
