📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Manage and mentor store managers and staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing, merchandising, and sales activities.,Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
