Local Diamond Group is looking for a dedicated and friendly Assistant Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Medan. As an Assistant Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient guest experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Answer and direct inquiries from guests, visitors, and other staff members.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate documentation and recording of guest information.,Handle front desk transactions, including reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.,Maintain the front desk area, including stocking supplies, organizing materials, and ensuring a clean and presentable workspace.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest concerns and ensure a smooth and efficient operation.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and managing event spaces.,Monitor and maintain security measures at the front desk, including key control and access management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with front desk software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented attitude.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
