📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions,Maintain and update learning management systems and records,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs,Support the development of learning and development strategies,Assist in the organization of learning and development events and workshops,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager,Assist in the development and maintenance of learning and development resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Passionate about learning and development and committed to helping others grow
