KINETIC Abadi is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services, from planning and execution to post-event follow-up. If you are passionate about event management and customer service, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Ensure the banquet hall is clean, organized, and ready for events.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.,Prepare and serve food and beverages during events.,Clean up the banquet hall after events and ensure it is left in a presentable condition.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving banquet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and management.,Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
