📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the tourism and hospitality industry.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.,Manage and track business development metrics and KPIs.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
