📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and navigate the vessel safely and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols.,Plan and manage routes, considering weather, traffic, and other factors.,Supervise and coordinate the crew's work to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems.,Handle emergency situations and respond appropriately.,Communicate effectively with port authorities, crew, and other stakeholders.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage the vessel's budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid Captain's License and other required maritime certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with navigation software and equipment.,Good physical health and fitness to handle the demands of the job.
