📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track outstanding receivables using SAP and other financial software.
• Conduct credit checks and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment terms.
• Prepare and analyze credit control reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to credit control.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit control.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of credit control strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit control or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong attention to deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Professional certification in credit control or finance is a plus.
