📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to drive overall company success.,Represent the department in company meetings and events.,Monitor departmental budget and financial performance.,Identify and implement training and development opportunities for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving departmental goals.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
