📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained,Manage inventory and restock kitchen supplies as needed,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations,Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to kitchen improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role,Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Good understanding of Indonesian and Western cuisines,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
