📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess fit and skills.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and recruiters to source potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing candidate data and tracking recruitment metrics.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices is a plus.,Passionate about building a diverse and inclusive team.
