📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea beverages using premium ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment like commercial milk tea machines and espresso makers.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and orders simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales, and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, and participate in regular training and development programs.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
• Promote our brand and products to customers, upselling when appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a milk tea or café environment.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and milk tea preparation techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods of time.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
