📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Mentor and train students for national and international economics competitions, including the International Economics Olympiad (IEO).
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance students' analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Design and conduct workshops to improve students' understanding of economic theories and concepts.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to students preparing for major economics competitions.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to create and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in economics education.
• Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources for economics education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in teaching economics or a related subject.
• Strong knowledge of economic theories and concepts, including microeconomics and macroeconomics.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring students for competitive exams or competitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and educational software.
• Familiarity with the International Economics Olympiad (IEO) and other major economics competitions.
