🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
