📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or similar setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Experience with team building and motivation is a plus.
