📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and dispensing of medications.,Ensure the safety and efficacy of all medications by verifying prescriptions, checking drug interactions, and monitoring expiration dates.,Provide expert advice to customers on the proper use and storage of medications, as well as any potential side effects.,Train and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure the highest standards of customer service and medication safety.,Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the pharmacy.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy transactions and medications.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry and implement any necessary changes to our operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
