📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounts.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
