📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a database of outlet members using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new outlet members and expand our network.
• Conduct regular check-ins with outlet partners to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Organize and participate in outlet meetings, workshops, and training sessions to foster a strong community.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Represent Private Advertiser at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer relations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding a network of customers or clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the advertising industry is a plus.
