Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs),Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
