Den Zone Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
