Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and deliver complex projects for hyperscale customers, ensuring they achieve their business objectives and maximize their use of Equinix's global interconnection platform.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing them with tailored solutions and support.Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and deliver better outcomes for customers.Work closely with Equinix's sales and marketing teams to ensure that our customers have access to the latest products and services, and that we are positioned to win new business.Monitor project progress and risks, and take appropriate action to mitigate any issues that arise.Report on project performance and outcomes to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with Equinix's policies and procedures, and with relevant laws and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects.Experience working with hyperscale customers or in a similar environment.Strong understanding of technology and digital infrastructure, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and take appropriate action to mitigate them.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
