📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing supervisor or medical director.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong clinical skills and knowledge in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
