📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.,Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and report defects.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software meets quality standards.,Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers.,Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the QA process.,Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA or software testing.,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.,Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
