Hokian Budi Bakery is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. We are a family-owned bakery that has been serving the community with delicious and fresh pastries for over 20 years. We are now expanding our operations and need a reliable and passionate individual to help us maintain our high standards of quality and service.
As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in providing excellent customer service, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the shop, and helping to prepare and display our products. You will also be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist the sales team in providing excellent customer service and answering any questions about our products.Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including stocking shelves, cleaning displays, and maintaining a tidy workspace.Help prepare and display our products, including pastries, bread, and other baked goods.Assist in the ordering and restocking of inventory, and ensure that all products are properly labeled and dated.Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.Assist in the preparation of special orders and custom cakes.Help with any other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the shop.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum high school education or equivalent experience.Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is a plus.Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.🛠️ Keahlian
