KK Women's and Children's Hospital is seeking a dedicated Social Work Assistant/Coordinator to join our team. This is a 1-year contract position based in Bali, with opportunities for relocation to various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social work and a commitment to providing excellent care and support to our patients and their families.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination of social work services and programs.,Support the social worker in conducting assessments and interventions for patients and their families.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and social work activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of social work policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the social work department, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.,Promote the hospital's social work services to patients, families, and the community.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in social work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in social work or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and administrative skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with social work software and electronic health records systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to patients and their families.
