📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payments and manage transactions using our in-house POS system and cash register.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist with the organization and distribution of spa amenities, such as towels, robes, and other wellness products.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on our services and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using our POS system and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guest needs.
• Enthusiasm for the wellness industry and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
