📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct personalized coaching sessions to help clients improve their padel skills and reach their fitness goals.
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on proper padel techniques, safety protocols, and injury prevention strategies.
• Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a supportive and engaging coaching environment.
• Assist in the organization and execution of group classes, clinics, and tournaments.
• Promote X Team Gym’s services and facilities to attract new clients and grow the business.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in padel coaching through ongoing training and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Padel Coach certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in padel coaching or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of padel rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fitness and sports background, preferably with experience in group fitness instruction.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for promoting an active and healthy lifestyle through sports.
