📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and air quality within data centers.
• Manage power distribution and ensure uninterrupted electricity supply using UPS and PDU systems.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect data center assets and personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and performance of data center operations.
• Document and report on data center performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 data center availability and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data center management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations, facility management, or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Data Center Essentials (DCE), CompTIA Data Center Technician (DCT), or equivalent.
• Familiarity with DCIM software, UPS systems, and PDUs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
