📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage a team of 15-20 housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests or staff, ensuring a positive and professional environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and ensure that they are replenished as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and food and beverage, to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of housekeeping staff.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping software, such as HMS (Housekeeping Management System) or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Hold a relevant certification in housekeeping management, such as CHSE (Certified Hotel Services Executive) or similar.
