📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of 10-15 field staff to drive supply growth and optimize processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to secure and manage palm oil supply chains.
• Coordinate with local suppliers, farmers, and mill operators to ensure timely delivery of palm oil products.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular training and development activities for the field team.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and GIS software for data analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with the central office to align field operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on agricultural products.
• Proven track record of successfully managing field operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of the palm oil industry and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
