📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute event concepts that align with client and company goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event logistics.
• Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Gather and analyze event feedback to continuously improve future events.
• Leverage social media and other digital channels to promote and engage with event attendees.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event management and marketing.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Proven experience in organizing and executing dynamic marketing and experiential events.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
