🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management development and team leadership roles.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful management development programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and coach managers.
• Proficiency in using HR management software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in management development or a related field is a plus.
